Two Days. It had been exactly two days since the last rise of the full moon and now another would not rise until twenty-seven days next had passed. Tyson had been walking along the outskirts of the Academy's grounds, almost half way until he reached the city.Whenever a vampire became hungry, some would say that they mouth would feel very dry and that they stomach would even growl, but tonight that was not the point. He was still not close enough to the city to go out and feed and he was still walking on the grounds surrounding the Academy.
Tyson had heard of an early rumor going around that a small pack of rough wolves had taken a liking to the creature territories surrounding the familiar, grounds of the academy and both wanting to go for a run and making this his last round before he called it a night he had decided to check it out.
His wolf ears instantly perked up towards the sound of a distant howl that did not seem so far away from where he was currently standing and crouching down low towards the ground he let his wolf feet take him towards the sound. The sound was not threatening or so it seemed for now, but whenever there was one wolf that meant that there would be soon more to arrive.
"Interesting He mused to himself while watching and silently waiting for anything to happen, but hearing something moving not far off his wolf's side soon took over as a low growl soon erupted from his throat and standing to his full height the length of his own wolf fangs only appeared larger."Come and get me if you wish."

Ketsueki heard the howling of the wolf, looked around briefly, and kept on walking. He still had some distance to cover if he wanted to find a meal for the evening that was not a four-legged creature. He also had no fear of the wolves, because in these lands he was more familiar of the territory than they were. If necessary, he'd put them back in their place and send them home to their dens.
He was not working to make his presence particularly quiet, since he felt safe in this wooded area. Due to this fact, his footfalls could be easily detected by those around him who were listening, and so be it.
The growl came at little surprise, and Ketsueki's movements stopped. He was calm, and his breathing remained normal. He slowly turned his head and eyes to look over at the creature causing the warning sound, the moon glancing off the crimson color that stood out against his deathly pale skin. For the moment, he didn't say a word, just stared back at the creature attempting to intimidate him, unblinkingly.

The sound of another's foot falls could easily be heard through the forest floor and while the unknown target kept on walking he soon appeared right in front of Tyson.Watching the other male stare back at him without even moving a muscle he then stopped his growling and snorted at him, as his eye brows furrowed together. Tyson's bright amber eyes had never left the male, even while he was in a mid-shift and now currently wearing what he had last changed into the moment he had left the academy grounds he gave the male a look over.Once and then twice before he spoke."You always make loud entrances?"
The color of his eyes shifted into a deep blue then as all signs of his wolf's side had faded away and in waiting for a reply he had crossed his arms.It had only taken him half a second to took a quick look around them to make sure that he safe and not being stalked from behind, but with a knuckle blade hidden inside of his jacket he was always ready to take on who ever. "Or do you just like to be known?" he smirked softly.
From the appearance and scent of the other male alone, Tyson had already learned of what he was and not needing to ask anymore questions he raised a light brow in wait.

Ketsueki watched the shift from wolf to man, from amber eyes to icey blue. It was interesting to watch, because it wasn't something he often saw, considering he spent much of his vampuric life away from other creatures.
The questions came, and the other male seemed restless in the short silences that followed them. Incredibly restless, in fact. Ketsueki wasn't sure if it was just an annoying habit, or annoying in general.
"It matters not to me whether I am known, nor do I feel a particular need to hide my presence. After all, the darkness that this forest offers is far more my comfort than it is to any of the other creatures currently dwelling in it, they ought to be grateful I warn them of my presence. It means they are not next on my meal plan." he responded coldly, at the very least acknowledging the others presence. Many times he would simply pass the other person by without the courtesy of an answer. He didn't have time for foolish questions after all, and he especially had no time for foolish people; not while he ran the risk of being caught in the sun potentially.

Tyson frowned softly at the male once again and then smirked at the few and faint memories that began to flood through his head. This certain male reminded him a lot about a certain someone and all he had to do was pretty simple.Tilting his head slightly his arms then dropped from across his chest and then hands fitted comfortably inside of his back pockets in a more relaxed state."Other creatures...Your footsteps would have been loud enough for any hunter to come out and attack you. Then what?"
The sound of another distant howl could have then be heard yet again in the distance and hearing that it had moved farther away Tyson could then relax myself and stop his eyes from looking around and pay more attention on the male in front of him.His skin was paler then his own and his nails were long,he probably even had a set of his own fangs on him somewhere. He laughed mentally as he kept his full attention on the male not far from him.

Ketsueki laughed lightly at the mention of hunters, the tips of his elongated canines visible as he did so. "I have no fear of any mortal creature. If a hunter wishes to seek me out, then so be it." Arrogant, cocky, confident; all traits he had gathered long before he was turned. Being turned just made them all the more prominent, because the covenant of vampires he had been brought into were all like that.
"Besides," he stated, "I have yet to see the presence of any hunters in this land. It's quite a satisfying find, makes it far easier to hunt." It was a dangerous statement, considering he had yet to feed on anything this evening, and he preferred to try and feed once a night. If he missed a meal it wouldn't kill him, but the best way to stay healthy was not by anorexia.

Tyson made a face then, a single hunter really? He knew that they always hunted in packs.Twelve that was his biggest number still that he had ever seen and still survived from, except for the one that had marked him with a scar that ran from the top of his right side all the way down towards the top of his right hip. This vampire was too sure of himself and cocky as he showed off his fangs."There should always be a fear, a fear that you might not make it."He replied softly, even though his voice sounded more rougher like before.
As the other had mentioned about hunting Tyson frowned softly before he made a statement."Hunting inside or outside the academy grounds is now allowed, unless the other is willing to share blood, but since as you said...your loud feet means that you are not hungry...unless you changed your mind."His eyes narrowed slightly while he kept them on the slightly shorter male.If he was going to hunt for something tonight then he would have to go and hunt inside of the city grounds.

He raised an eyebrow, was this young whelp attempting to lecture him? It seemed so, and it was amusing in a way. It wasn't often that people attempted to do as such, usually because he never gave them the chance. And yet here was a perfect stranger attempting to do just that. He may have pinpointed the species of Ketsueki, but he certainly had not pinpointed the age.
"Hunger is non-issue at the moment. Besides, the blood offered here is far too young for my tastes, unless I were to attack the instructors. But many of them are wise enough to stay inside during the hours when night dwellers walk. You would be wise to do the same, if you feel this fear you speak of." he responded calmly, but with a sort of firmness to his voice.
"If I truly desired it though, the rules and laws of mortal creatures would not be enough to halt my actions. It takes far more than letters printed upon paper to change my will." Again with the dangerous undertones. He wasn't one to lie. Laws were for the living, and living he was not. Well, technically.

Tyson only frowned more at his given answer from the other male. Attack one of the older teachers here? He must be considered crazy since even they would be able to tell of his approach before he made his attack on them.Oh of what little he really did know of this place."Too young...every vampires complains about the sweetness of ones blood. Most here are even considered lucky to get fresh blood, yet alone unnoticed.
The shade of Tyson's eyes then flickered slightly."The only fear that I have is protection of the ones closest to me.Don't be so quick to judge with your sharp tongue.Childe." Tyson knew that he would be crossing the invisible line anytime soon, but whatever this male would have to throw at him he would be prepared. He always had to be after what had happened before.
"Anything within the laws here stays. You can't change them or shift them around to your liking." Tyson's voice was now far from being calm and gentle like normal, since this male was starting to tick him off and if things where not going to turn for the brighter then might as well go with it.His wolf had been almost begging him for a fight as of lately, so thing could become interesting.

Both Ketsueki's eyebrows raised in bemusement. The taller male was getting angry, and at what? The truth? The fact that he wasn't afraid to tell him truly what he thought? Or, perhaps he was nervous because of what Ketsueki was, perhaps it was a past experience. He didn't know, and it didn't particularly interest him; the details that is.
"Childe?" he questioned, "Truly, if that is how you see me, then you are making a rash decision that could render you in great danger. I am not sharp tongued because I am young, but because I am old. Laws are broken all the time, they change all the time, and after so much time they become useless. I cannot be bothered to spend time learning them repeatedly, and so I simply do not care." he responded. It was true, after 300 mortal years he had seen the coming and passing of so many different laws that it was hard to remember where one began and ended.
"Every vampire also has different tastes in blood, and you would be quite wise to remember as much. Some I have known prefer the blood of newborns, and others only that of males. The possibilities are great and vast, and it makes it all that more easy to not prey on the same blood for us." He wasn't sure why he was explaining this fact, but all the same it wasn't a big deal that he was either. Anyone who bothered to take the time to look into it could find it out after all, so it was no great secret.

He frowned softly as the male."Even though there are those who choose to break the law, they are still meant to be kept.Rules are made to keep others and yourself safe."Tyson's inner beast had began to slowly settled down as he kept on talking with the male and his voice soon evened out as well, appearing soother then before.
"The ones who choose to kill a new born sickens me." His voice had almost turned into a light whisper where he himself could not almost hear himself. Taking in a needed breath he tried to calm himself and the color of his eyes where now shifting between both dark blues and bright amber since his wolf was still not done fighting. He wanted a piece of the other male for himself, but tilting his head slightly he decided that he would go out for a run later and deal with it.
"What is your name...stranger?" Tyson's thoughts where still fighting on how old he was and all, but at least he figured an introduction should be considered, before asking of his age.

Ketsueki could hear the changing in the vocal tones, he knew it meant some of the items he had mentioned bothered the boy. And he could tell by the shifting eye colors, that the boy was fighting his own inner-demon (so to speak) in order to continue to have a civil conversation. It was admirable, in a way, to see him doing as such. It meant he wasn't a total fool at least, who simply let aggression be his guiding force--he hadn't completely given over to animalistic instincts like he knew other shapeshifters had done in years past.
"My name is Ketsueki Suru, and yours?" he responded in kind, no aggression or coldness in his voice at this point. No, he was perfectly capable of having an intelligent and civil conversation when unprovoked. That was precisely the case right now. Based off the position of the moon he knew he still had plenty of time before dawn, and that meant plenty of time to find a food source before that dawn arrived. And even if by chance he didn't manage to have time to find a meal tonight, he would not starve. Such was the nature of keeping ones self well-fed--you could afford to skip a meal with little consequence, provided it did not become habit.

"Tyson." He simply replied back as he logged the other males name away for later use.Ketsueki, his name sounded like a tongue twister and he smirked lightly as that, before he repeated it for himself."Ketsueki...interesting name."
With all thoughts of his wolf wanting a fight now go and held back for another bad his shoulders slouched as his arms began to relax some more, showing that he was no threat.Tyson knew that he was usually the one to start a word fight, but he also knew that he could never finish a physical fight unless it was life or death."I hope to have not disturbed your night to much...you in a rush to get somewhere?" He raised a soft brow in question.

Watching the other male relax, the male who identified himself as Tyson, was a good sign. Things were looking up for a peaceful night after all, and that was perfectly fine with him. The less incident, the better. Despite his attitude sometimes, he didn't actually enjoy quarreling.
"No, I'm in no rush. I will eventually get into the city to find food for the evening as my original plan was. What are you doing out in these wooded areas yourself? I can't imagine you're simply sight-seeing, considering how we met." he said, asking questions of his own as he did.
Yes, a civil conversation was welcome. The fact that Tyson seemed to have offered a sort of a truce and apology was appreciated, and he honored it by not giving him a sarcastic response in return. It was his way of silently acknowledging it and not using it as cause for instigation or insult. Because honestly, it had disturbed a portion of his evening. But the disturbance wasn't enough to truly bother him in the long term, which is what made it non-consequential.

Tyson's eyes had looked dead into the other males as he had mentioned heading into the city to hunt, but as he was asked about question he let it simply be."I would not call it that either, but a new pack of wolves have moved in on the land.Everyone here who wants part of the land needs to obey by the rules. It's pretty simple and they will not be hard to find again to deal with."
The color of his eyes flickered into an even brighter blue to where they almost seemed to be glowing, but this was more out of excitement for wanting to get away from the school grounds and go out on a real run."I'm guessing that you are new here yourself then?" He tilted his head slightly in curiosity.
