Character Personality:Kaiden is more focused on things that happen to others rather then himself. He is drawn to people around him and sort of a social bug. He is a chatter box and will never fail to make a conversation. He will have two sides to him that generally revolve around dealing with things rationally and logically while on the other hand sometimes he acts reckless and without thinking. He is a straight shooter you could say. Always wanting to get to the main point of things and reach the ultimate goal. He is easily enthusiastic and excitable. His personality determines him to be a doer rather then just a talker. He can’t stand not getting things done. If there is something he wants to do then by no means will he not do what ever that is. He lives in a world of action and while he may be blunt at times he is a risk taker and moves straight forward without looking back on past mistakes. He lives in the here and now. Not afraid to get his hands dirty if it means helping others in the process. He tries to quickly look at the facts of any situation and decide on what to do next. While he may wish it was that simple for Kaiden this has become a eternal struggle of his personality. He will sometimes over think things and spend to much time trying to figure out a plan only to become fed up with not doing anything and then jump into things without a plan in the long run. Or if the situation requires a set time then he will not think at all and let his adrenalin jolt him into the action.

Kaiden has something about him that makes others tend to enjoy his company. Perhaps its his ability to judge others based on there emotions and motivations. He tends to adapt quickly to each new person he meets. Bending certain aspects of himself to better suit the person he is talking to. Say for example that he is talking to a older man who hates people prying into his life, Kaiden will make the judgment just by watching him a bit interacting with others and as Kaiden talks to him he will not seem eager to know him but will always give off the impression that he is willing to help. He is able to study facial expressions, body languages and other sort of things. He is also very good at hiding his own. He tends to get what he wants but this will not make him a saw looser or anything should things not go his way. He can be charming and persuasive but if he looses in a game then he will not get mad at all. Rules and laws are seen as guidelines for behavior, rather than mandates

He has a just get it over with attitude about most things, Kaiden's developed his own moral code sort to speak and though killing is completely out the question for him he will not hesitate to do what he feels is just, He has no issues with making someone suffer if that person did equal suffering to another person. An eye for and eye. His own integrity will make him do things he might not be happy about doing but he will never do things he believes is wrong. Lying is one of these things. This man is as honest as they come. He will always tell the truth and deal with consequences for that later on. Kaiden seems like he is a fast talker and a bit hyper at times. He gets overly excited about things and it will show in his facial expressions. Some things that you might need to know about Kaiden is that he is very family orientated and will live and die for them. His goals normally revolve around making sure his family are happy and expanding the family on his own or helping one of his family members deal with there life. His good friends he considered apart of his family and he will follow his code to protect them as well. It is easy to befriend Kaiden because he likes all walks of life and it will not matter how the person looks or what they believe in. He only cares about there morals and how they interact with everyone. He is a good guy and someone you can count on in the end even though his edges are a little rough.

Habits: He has a few of these but there more like quirks then anything. He admires things and people around him, taking note of small details and becoming memorized by the simplest things such as a candle burning or a bird singing, The smallest of thing he finds interesting for no apparent reason causes him to loose his track of thought and he becomes side tracked. He also has a little OCD issue that everything must be left in the place he put it. He will go mad if he has to search for something, if something is off centered or crooked. Another thing he finds himself sympathizing with everyone with a sad story. His general good nature almost throws himself into others problems until there hardships become his own.

Fear: Kaiden has very little fears but there are of course some things that he fears. The most important thing is that he fears loosing his purpose, Without a goal he thinks there is no reason to live. Why live for nothing to protect? He needs to protect someone or something in order to feel alive and like he is worth something. If he should ever fail then he will feel like it is the end of the world and his reason to live in it. The higher the goal the more alive he feels while protecting small things the more depressed he becomes.


Character History:


Spirit of Sun - Wu-kong Origins:
Sun Wukong was born on top of a rock resting within the summit of Flower Fruit Mountain of the Eastern Continent. This rock was a small landmark compared to the large trees surrounding its area. A place of worship for the monkeys there. Sun's mother was an Angel. She called herself Gaia, The angel of nature or mother earth. She loved this planet and grew the forests and made the flowers bloom. She caused the wilderness to become wild and untamed. However she sat on that rock and fell in love with a man she had never seen on her mountain before. This man was another Angel, yet of a different type. While Gaia was a good pure angel with no doubts about her duty to create nature and these pretty environments this guy seemed to live for war and violence. Though he was a good angel, nice and friendly with pure intentions. They fell in love and went on many adventures together. All of this leading up to a child on the same rock they had met. One day, they decided to follow a stream to its source - a waterfall. The monkeys decided that whoever was brave enough to jump through the waterfall would become their king. The small child crawled over to the ledge and went through the waterfall unscathed and discovered a huge cave behind the waterfall. 'Water Curtain Cave' was inscribed in stone there. Thus, from then on wards, the Angels joined the monkeys and made their home in the Water Curtain Cave, The monkeys whom were looking for a king to rule them made the angels son there king. They called him the stone monkey, their king with the title of 'Handsome Monkey King'.

Middle Ages:
Many years passed in happiness but one day, the stone monkey left on a raft to search for a way to immortality and power. He floated across the sea and came to the Southern Continent. There he found a man who could draw out powers in people. Sun was able to learn how to manipulate the very earth he walked on. He soon found many ways to utilize this power ranging from creating objects or projectiles to even manipulating ink or sand. He now used this gift to surf the winds ridding on a earth chunk. He trained long and hard with this man and then after about twelve years of training, he returned to Flower Fruit Mountain to show his parents and the monkeys what he had learned.

Taking the Power:
As the monkey king returned home to his surprise a war was waging between the monkeys and odd monster like creators. The monkeys protected a rock. On the rock Sun was born and his parents had first met lied his parents both dead. There blood staining the rock inwich the monkeys had worshiped from the start. Changing the power of this rock from pure and good to dark and evil. As the rock changed from its light gray-ish blue color to dark deep red sun's hart shifted to darkness and madness. He used his training to kill all that had harmed his parents and monkey allies. Sun cried over the loss of his beloved parents. The rock became known as the stone of chaos. There Sun sold his soul to the devil Lucifer. "Take my soul but grant me power to protect the ones I love!" He screamed placing his hands on the tainted rock. And so it began,Sun's path had changed to the darkness, he had become a demon. Betraying god and the heavens for power to protect the monkeys and people important to him. Sun had obtained Strength and speed of greatness. Lucifer had kept his end of the bargain. For many years all was fine Sun protected his kin with these demonic abilities and killed anyone who dared take them away or kill them. He grew tired and bored as a reputation was made out. He was well known as Sun Wukong, the monkey king. Yet time was almost up for him. Sun was ordered by the devil himself to join his army and fight for him. The great monkey king bowed down before the man who had granted him such power. He gladly fought and found it to be a thrill like no other. He was a born fighter and killed with ease. Soon he was promoted to general. Commanding his troops they succeeded faster and better then before. Years soon passed and he was granted a spot ruling the western part of hell. He would be Lucifer's eyes and ears while he was in a different area. While in this state he trained and developed his growing fighting ability. He was soon known as the Demon Monkey of the West.

The Spirit of Cupid Origins:
Cupid is the son of Venus (goddess of love) and Mars (god of war). When Cupid's mother Venus became jealous of the princess Psyche, who was so beloved by her subjects that they forgot to worship Venus, she ordered Cupid to make Psyche fall in love with the vilest thing in the world. When Cupid saw Psyche, however, he was so overcome by her beauty that he fell in love with her himself. Cupid uses his Pathokinesis to do so. He continues to use this ability forcing love on those who need it. He is spotted by a few mortals at times and has became an iconic symbol for love in there world. He became known as the angel of love. Following that, Cupid visited Psyche every night while she slept. Speaking to her so that she could not see him, he told her never to try to see him. Psyche, though, incited by her two older sisters who told her Cupid was a monster, tried to look at him and angered Cupid. When he left, she looked all over the known world for him until at last the leader of the gods, Jupiter, gave Psyche the gift of immortality so that she could be with him.

Angels by a different name.
They found each other once more in the garden of Eden. God erases there memories and gives them new names based on the first humans he created. Cupid was called Adam and Psyche called Eve. God charges Adam to tend the garden in which they live, and specifically commands Adam not to eat from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. The reason for this is different from the first humans but the end result is the same. If they eat the fruit they will know who they are and there love will rekindle. Eve is quizzed by Sun in the form of a monkey concerning why she avoids eating off this tree. In the duologue between the two, Eve elaborates on the rule not to eat of its fruit. She says that even if she touches the fruit she will die. The demonic monkey responds that she will not die, rather she and her boyfriend would "be as gods, knowing good and evil," and persuades Eve to eat from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. Then Adam eats from it too. It's at this point that the two become aware, "to know good and evil," They have realized who each other is now and who they themselves truly are. Cupid and Psyche. God then finds them, confronts them, and judges them for disobeying. They become aware of who they truly are and memories return to them. Now knowing what separation feels like god is unable to stop the Demonic Monkey king from taking Cupid's loved one. She is dragged into the depths of hell for betraying gods rule.

Debt:
Cupid luckily could work off his punishment as he was hypnotized by his girlfriends power when he took the fruit. God forced him to guard his fountain of youth. There Cupid gained the ability over time itself and became the fountain as he drew more and more attached to it. He has became the angel of youth.
Cupid during a time of depression couldn't make his arrows fast enough to distribute love across the world. He brought a time of peace to earth but it wouldn't last long. Lastly god gave him the ability to enhance others powers so that he could aid his comrades who were better suited for fighting. God realized what he had done to the child after it was to late. Cupid had became the angel of love and youth, protector of the fountain and aid to his fellow angels. He had created a child of prophecy.

As the spirits of Sun and Cupid grew to the same positions in hell & heaven it became a competition between the two to race into a new host body. One that could live on earth protecting a place of worship either for the devil or for god. Around the mid-evil era there was a man who crafted a lion Gargoyle to ward off evil spirits. Its well known that a Gargoyle obtains there abilities and life from the angels that inhabit there vessels to transform themselves from angel to.... guardian angels. In this form they would be granted a more solid reliable power. However the race was a tie between Eros and Sun. The two became one and while becoming one there memories faded into flashes, there harts one of good the other tainted evil became one, There powers there goals everything rewritten. No longer are they bound to heaven or hell God or the Devil, he has become something different. Something unique and unknown to both, An independent Gargoyle. He changed his name to Kaiden Banks..... and the origin of his story is yet to be written.



Character Powers:

All Gargoyles are immortal by nature and where built to protect something. Based on there individual personalities and subject to protect they are granted one power unique to them. The ability that Kaiden has reflects his need to help others and seek there acceptance. We will get into that one last but first the Gargoyle stationary abilities:

Superhuman Strength

Strengthens:
Superhuman Strength is the ability for a person to exert force from the muscles beyond that of a normal human. This can be accomplished by simply having denser muscle mass than that of a normal human. the amount of strength varies from person to person. The upper levels of this ability are not yet known, but it remains possible that with training this person could lift, pull or push several tons.

Weaknesses:
Strength comes in various forms but they all share the weakness of not knowing how to control it. If the person using there super strength is not careful they could over do it. A punch to someones face might kill them rather then stop them from hurting anyone else. Kaiden dislikes killing so he needs to control this better. Simple things like grabbing a glass of water must be focused not to squeeze to hard or the glass will break. When hugging someone he must be careful not to crush there spine ect. Strength also comes and goes at times with his emotions. If he is angry he will loose control over his strength but it will grow in power. If he is sad he will gain control over it but loose its power. He must be well rested to use this.

Terrakinesis-genesis

Strengthens:
Terrakinesis is the ability to mentally manipulate earth. With this ability, one could hurl rock, dirt or minerals at foes with only the power of their minds, create fissures, sinkholes, mudslides or form said rock, mud and soil into constructs, like walls or projectiles. One could even absorb any rock debris or necessary minerals out of desired subjects to use them for oneself. Another faculty of this ability is Terragenesis in which one can generate earth and sediment. This ability allows him to Turn into his stone forms.

Weaknesses:
Terrakinesis is an element of protection and represents strength and one with nature. A weakness to any normal rock will also be a weakness to him, Is not able to withstand metal bullets or slashes while in human form. While in any stone transformation he will remain still and he will enter a deep sleep not knowing what was going on in the world around him. Though he can feel people on the earth he is able to judge if someone is coming close to him or not but he wont know who they are. His stone form takes about 10 mins to completely break off, leaving a dust in the wind trail. It's not a stealthy transformation at all being very loud as the rock crumbles. He will automatically turn into stone upon sleep.

Frankenstein

Strengthens:
An unusually ability he nicked name after the monster. His real ability term might be related to DNA manipulation of some sort. This can allow the user to detach body parts at will and reattach lost body parts. To generate extra appendages from the body for extra utility. This may include generating extra arms, legs, wings, a tail, cells blood, bones or organs. all senses and functions are able to enhanced incredibly. He can control how dense the parts become. Making his bones or skin as hard as steel or as soft as a pillow. All generated parts will function as they would normally even if detached from the body. He would be able to move the detached parts as tho they are still attached. He can control how the new body parts look giving him the ability to change his appearance also he can essentially create a living being by creating all the needed parts.

Weaknesses:
Unfortunately this power infects his mental state a bit. It shifts his personality and transforms him into different states of consciousness. Sometimes he remembers and thinks that he is Sun - wukong the evil demonic monkey king. Other times he thinks he is Cupid the angel of love. Sometimes he becomes phycotic and driven on impulse to fight or get something. This power needless to say can make you crazy. His flaws do not stop there. Kaiden's cells have been manipulated so many times that he is unable to reproduce meaning he could never have any kids. Kaiden can heal from almost anything. He even uses harm to himself to display his powers time to time but unfortunately if burned, acid or frost bitten Kaiden's ability to create more cells and thus healing himself takes a lounger then a 24 hour period.

Power Amplification

Strengthens:
Power Amplification is the ability to psychically strengthen and intensify the powers of a nearby superhuman. This could be used to jump start latent superhuman powers, or strengthen normally weak abilities. One with this ability could even strengthen the ability of one person to a point where they cannot control them and cause harm to themselves and others around them. Most times it can also be used in reverse, so that either increase or decrease of abilities is possible. The ability is depicted in a baby blue light of electricity. He is able to generate this same electricity to use as blasts.

Weaknesses:
One can not decrease an ability that he did not enhance. He can not ever render someone powerless. The only exception to this rule is if they preform a ritual in which they allow the user to drink there blood while he is in his animal form and repeat these words, "My power, my soul, my body, my hart take into you all the light and the dark. Free me of this curse and bless me with your judgment. I offer myself to your protection." Other then that the user must choose whom he uses this on as it helps them rather then hinders them. They could turn on him and he would suffer there wrath. Enhancing others leaves him tired and sleepy/ Sometimes it will cause hallucinations of the others memories and emotions because of the after shock he calls it.
